The Bedford Center for Business is a business park located in the center of the Bedford area and convenient to the main highways of US 221 and US 460. The property is owned by the Bedford Joint Economic Development Authority and is fully served with public water, sewer, streetlights, and underground utilities. In addition, high speed broadband serves the park with a 400 Gigabyte-per-second backbone.
Please see the restrictive covenants that govern the park.
Please see the attached layout of a graded site. Lots over 10 acres are priced at $30,000 per acre and those less than 10 acres are $35,000 per acre.
The Bedford Center for Business is a joint County/City business park that received an Enterprise Zone designation in 2005. The designation provides opportunities for the use of state and local grants for both job creation and real property improvements. The zone is designated for 10 years and can be renewed up to two, five year periods.
